1. What do I have to do to start?
The first thing you need is a percolation test, or "perk test." This is done with a licensed septic contractor (not an excavator) and a civil engineer. Perk tests are $975 and include a site plan, engineering design, and excavation.

2. Once I have the "perk test" and my design approval from ADEQ what is next?
You can now use your design to obtain bids for your septic installation. Call any licensed septic installer to get a free estimate and ask as many questions as you can. Once you feel comfortable with your contractor, and their credentials check out, you are ready for installation.

3. How long does the installation take?
Typically our installers will take 2-3 days to install the system, call for inspection and do a final backfill.

5. What do I do next?
Call 406-3871 to schedule your percolation test. If you already have a percolation test and would like a bid on the work you can fax your requirements to 1-877-326-6059 and a bid can be faxd or emailed to you the next day.
